Vice Ganda to be "BELOFIED"

‘BELOFIED’ – Vice Ganda is the latest showbiz celebrity to be “belofied” – meaning beautified, enhanced, made over. “Belofied” comes from the name of Dr. Vicki Belo, the country’s No. 1 beauty authority.

The TV host, comedian, and actor is in good company. “Belofied” stars include Kris Aquino, Ruffa Gutierrez, Piolo Pascual, Dingdong Dantes, Zsa Zsa Padilla, Regine Velasquez, Lucy Torres.

Vice says, “I’ve always had a very oily skin. That has been my biggest problem and frustration. I often have to get retouched every commercial break to control the oil. This has also caused me to have pimples that end up scarring.”

Vicki’s pretty daughter, Cristalle Henares, assures Vice Dr. Belo will address his “biggest problem” and that in no time he’ll have smooth complexion. Also, Dr. Belo will help him keep his slim physique on top shape.
Should in the future Vice would need plastic surgery, Dr. Belo would do it for him, as the lady doctor did for many others.

So there, “belofied” means looking and feeling beautiful.

Vice Ganda won't defend himself against critics | ABSCBNnews.com

MANILA, Philippines – Actor-host Vice Ganda doesn't see the need to defend himself over criticism that his popularity has gone to his head.

The lead judge of the ABS-CBN's noontime show "It's Showtime" said it would be pointless to explain his actions.
